COMPLAINT

I am writing to express the poor service received from Spar supermarket in Hazyview Lowveld mall. From the Long ques to the bad treatment by Staff especially those who are in Management, the supervisors. I do not Agree with the way they handled the Situations or disputes concerning customers. I believe people should be treated Fairly and just but Its different story with the Store management. From giving out trolleys which are broken, to a Store itself which is dirty and compromising to our Health and lastly Bad Treatment from Staff. I believe every management in an Organization is meant to find impeccable solutions to All where disatisfactory arises however that's not the Case with the store, they become rude, arrogant and Full of themselves.
