Complain about the Store Manager(Spar Wonderboom)

Am disappointed on how Spar fails us as customer. I have complain about the behavior of a store manager (Kazier) at Spar wonderboom on the 12 Nov 2023 (complain ref nu cc***) till this day I only get an email of escalation but nothing has being done. What pains me weast is the fact that the manager said it himself that I can write emails just those who did before but nothing will be done. If a store manager can have this attitude and fail to take accountability of the mistake made what more from the staff.
