Complain

I visited Germiston spar, on the 24.08.2021 noon, and i had to buy essentials and groceries.. And i was assisted by a cashier name: JUDITH SIBANYONI, While being assited by a Her. She became cold and rude towards me without acknowledging me as a customer and kept on tendering my items and didnt bother asking me of my Spar reward card, but she instead linked maybe hers or something but she didnt use mine and kept on lying to my face and tells me that it cannot be Used nor linked cause i dont have points.. So its no use. This is not the first nor the second time it happens but it seems like its tradition at Germiston Spar.
