Complain

To whom it may concern, I’m Nomthandazo Manzini from Nelspruit Mbombela, ***. On Saturday the 16th. I bought alcohol at Top@Spar in Plaza. As the receipt is showing on top, they over charged me and I only received when I got home. But yesterday on the 18th when I went back to question about the over charged receipt the manager “Gift” was not willing to assist me, he kept telling me that I didn’t use my reward card but at the bottom of the receipt it says “ Hi Rogerio! Thanks for swiping your SPAR Rewards card” but he refused to refund me my R114,99. In Cyril economy R114,99 is a lot of money. Thank you. Kind regards Nomthandazo Manzini ***
