Complain

I have never been so disrespected by one of your tellers (Shirley) who was so rude and did not even greet (mere customer service that one deals with everyday) and ****** she threw the speedpoint machine at me whilst i was paying to top it all. This was so ********* of her to treat a customer like that. She called one of the Managers and that guys said he can't say anything as he did not see what happened and that was it he did not even try to find out as to what happened or show that he is apologetic on behalf of the store (is that the way to be treated as a customer at spar). This is not really the first incident that has happened at spar in Orkney my sister as well came across the same thing the spar at Orkney their tellers are very rude and don't know customer service. I really hope that just because they are white they not giving them the right to treat us blacks like that). I have observed on several occasions when I go to buy at Spar (Orkney) they always greet and assist white customers with a smile but with a black person it's a different story.I don't know if I will get feedback or something in writing on this as to how the Manager at the store dealt with Shirley as he sai
