Competition-Tops Spar -staff lack of promotions knowledge

Good day , I am extremely upset at the lack of knowledge of your store staff regarding promotions and competitions . Please see attached pic of the Heineken competition .I went into the Eagle Canyon Tops last week and asked about the competition I was advised there was no competition! I went into Tops Retail Crossing and bought Heineken beers to enter , the staff also knew nothing about the competition! I entered the number under the lids , only to receive a response NOT VALID …..i then discovered I was supposed to receive scratch cards ! The competition ends on the 31/12 !!!!!!
