**** competition?

On the 13th of September I visited SPAR Tops. I saw that there was a competition running and bought all the items that were eligible for an instant prize. To enter the competition you need to buy over R100. I purchased for R1000. When I got home I went to the website to claim my prize and upload my slip. I expected to receive my prize but then received a message saying my Receipt is being validated I should wait 24 hours. The next day I received an SMS saying my receipt was invalid for a prize. I dont understand, the receipt number, cashier, date and time is all on the slip? I specifically bought R1000 worth of goods to enter the competition. So there is no competition? Or whats going on? Is SPAR running a **** here? Please can you look into this urgently and send me my prize. Otherwise I will have no choice but to report this matter as ***** to the Ombudsman. I really dont want to do that Ive been a loyal and happy customer with Spar for years now. Please fix this. Thank you
