****roach on hot food counter

I wanted to buy hot chips and as the lady behind the counter was putting chips into the packet a ****roach was walking on top of the glass counter. I told the lady about the ****roach where after she called someone who did not come in the time I was standing there. She then went on to weigh the chips not further doing anything about the ****roach. As a qualified Food Scientist I was disgusted and told the lady that I do not want the chips anymore. One thing is for certain, I will never buy any food from this Spar again. The hygiene in the food section definitely does not comply with the required food safety systems that should be in place.
