Clueless about their own Coupons

So I go to SPAR with my WUHU deal to purchase soap where I'm supposed to get R25 off my purchase. I show them the advertised deal, I produce the sms as evidence and guess what no one knows about it. They called the manager and he too did not assist me. I waited 20 minutes by the till and went home with nothing. Why didn't they call their head office or customer care to enquire about my WUHU deal instead of sending me home empty handed? I'm so disappointed. HELLO PETER please ask SPAR Vanderbjilpark to be updated with all their existing promotions instead of sending customers away. It's called WUHU DEALS, pnp dischem and SPAR take part into this deals but I was not assisted such bad service after waiting on them for 20 minutes!!!
