Closed without informing clients,now I have to pay

I have a repeat script at the Spar Pharmacy Dely Road in Pretoria. When I went there last week to fill my script the whole place is closed down with a notice saying they're closed so go to the doctor and get a new script until further notice. What type of pharmacy doesn't let you know beforehand that they are closing and that you need to collect your script? Who is going to pay the doctor's fee to go get a new script? This is beyond unprofessional. I want my script because I'm not paying R500 for a consultation fee just because they are inadequate in communicating with clients.
