cigars bought, crumbled in my hands

so I was on vacation at sun city this weekend so on Saturday we went to buy more stuff and I was so excited to buy cigars and I paid almost R70.00 for one cigar and in total I bought two and when I excitedly prepared to smoke the cigar it crumbled in my hands and I was unable to enjoy it which was much to my frustration and sadness. I thought it was a once off so I threw that cigar away and opened the other one and the very same thing happened with the other cigar and I was so devastated and disappointed and I regularly use spar and I am so annoyed with this as it was like being cheated out of almost R140.00
