chicken so thick n dry my whole supper was ruined

My husband went to spar in braamfischer and bought the ready cooked roasted chicken.... I have never tasted anything as horrible as this chicken... The drumsticks and wings where badly burnt and the was no taste, the chicken was DRY DRY. Its not the 1st time I buy chicken from spar in braamfischer. The last time I bought it it was still dry and tasteless but I let it slip but again today we buy chicken and its still the same.... I suspect the remaining chicken from the previous day is being warmed up and sold again the following day. I am so so disgusted by this horrible service from spar.
