Chicken Lasagne too salty to eat-return no refund

Purchased chicken Lasagne at the store a while back. Had it in the freezer. When we went to eat it the , it was way too salty. I returned it to the store on Sunday 20 September 2015. Charmaine at the deli counter received it and asked me to complete a little handwritten note which I did and informed me that the manager would contact me the next day Well I'm still waiting to be contacted for a refund and/ apology,<br> <br> I also purchased 2 ready meals on the same day. The next day the meat was off and the veggies in the one resembled the consistency of overcooked Okra.<br> <br> The store will not see me again
