Charging more than the shelf price

Bread was priced R9.49 but the teller charged R19.99 after even living me at her till point to go and find the price because on the bread there was no price or barcode to scan/use When I queried a certain Mr Henry said there was no way I was going to be charged R9.49 EVEN THOUGH he saw it because one of the male supervisors went to fetch it from the shelf. Henry was so rude didn't even want to listen to what I had to say. They had to call him back again to void the item because he was adamantly rude How do you Henry treat your customers that was what I asked him and he just went aloof as if I didn't exist Very disappointed because I always shop at Spar. Spar Karenpark I will never shop there anymore they treat their customers like dirt Henry to be specific. Not sure if he is a manager or what?
