CEDAR SPAR, BOTHASIG MISTREATED MY MOTHER

Cedar Spar in Bothasig is a vile institution. To cut a long story short, a while ago, they had a lot of expired eggs on the shelf and rotten eggs, and on the few occasions that I couldn't use them because I sell baked goods to outside people, my mom took them back to the store. Each time they denied that the eggs were expired, even though the label on the box was past expiry date and there were multiple boxes of expired eggs in the shelf even after we had complained numerous times!

After all of this, they BANNED my mother from buying eggs from the store, even though they were in the wrong. And to this day, they still won't allow my mother to buy eggs. She is the bread winner of the household. She buys eggs for my 72 year old father who had diabetes and can't leave the house.

Last night they told my mother to fetch her son to buy the eggs instead of just letting her buy them. My brother has a disability and cannot leave the house when he is feeling ill, but they demanded this.

The lady in the queue behind my mother had to end up buying the eggs on her behalf. When my mother was leaving the store, the store manager on duty was laughing and joking about my mother behind her back.

They are uterly and completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I have never in my life witnessed such mistreatment of a customer in my entire life. They are rude and bullying and people need to realise how disgusting their service actually is!
