Cathy very good for SPAR

I came to your store yesterday and I have the most amazing customer experience I've ever received at your store. I got to the till and realized that I had forgotten an item only to realize my mistake upon arriving at the till, I sent my niece to fetch the item but unfortunately she returned with the incorrect item once the cashier noticed this she got up from her chair and went to fetch the item.

I wish to thank her for her assistance, friendliness and excellent customer service the cashier's name tag was written Cathy and the till slip states that her surname is Mongwane, I would like to appeal to you to employ more people like Cathy because your store could definitely benefit from such employees, please train more of your staff to have the same courtesy towards customers
