Cashier rudeness

I visited Spar Aliwal North today 3 July 2021. Where I stood in a que for +-15 minutes. I once more got a hostile approach from one of the cashier's in the Store. I went to the till with a few items when I realized that one of the items I'm purchasing isn't the same price as it is indicated on the shelf. With shock I ask the cashier isn't the price incorrect. She told me that I can see the price on the till.

She became hostile towards me because I have reported her a few days ago to management for her behavior towards me. I stayed away from the store for 2 years after encountering the same problem with the same person.

I'm very disappointed that this problem has never been resolved as promised before.

I once more complain to the manager today but I have had enough that when a black person complain in your store you don't address the issues, but if our fellow white people complain you attend to the situation immediately.

Aren't the money spent by us blacks in your store contribute any value. Or better tell us that we as black people are not welcome to indicate our problem and should rather use other outlets.
