Cashier has bad attitude

The cashier gave us horrible attitude and screamed at us for pulling out the card from the card machine before instructed to do so. She screamed at us asking why we pulled out the card because it is her job and we explained to her that we usually pull out the card ourselves. She began shouting saying we cannot tell her about her job so we asked her to stop shouting then she asked us what were we going to do about it. We do not know her name.
