cashier expects customer to buy goodies for them

I went into a superspar to purchase a few items. When I reached the cashier I asked her how is she. She rep**** very bad will feel much better if u buy me a chocolate<br> She was quite reluctant to give me my change. I'm starting to wonder whether this is becoming a norm as it is the second time I've been requested at a supermarket to purchase a cashier a chocolate! I find this behaviour unprofessional and unacceptable. Is this against your company policy or do they reprimand cashiers for such behavior. It seems as though the few Rands we try to save by buying items on special are meant to be used to buy cashiers goodies?<br> We all work for our money. We don't take extra items and expect cashiers to fork out their money to pay for our goods. So why are we expected to do the same???<br> Highly disgusted!!!!!
