Cashier completely ignores me while having a fat chat with colleagues.

I am absolutely digusted at the service given from SPAR Erica by cashier Jade on 26/12/2018. She did acknowledge my presence or indicate to me whether I should step forward, she was having a conversation with colleagues throughout my horrid experience. I demand Spar open the footage and sees how paying customers are treated by staff.

No greeting or any sort of acknowledgement was given, I had to state multiple times I wanted 2 plastic bags for my purchases and to top it off I paid for two bags but only one was given. This may seem petty but having worked in customer services from cashier to corporate and now in medicine I have always given excellent service and expect the same when I'm spending my hard earned money. My friend had to reach over get a packet and aid me while your cashier was having a fat conversation with her colleague.

This is not the service I expect from SPAR I am utterly disgusted and would like this to be looked into. I've only received excellent, professional service from the staff at Spar this is the first time I've left not wanting to come back.
