Cash Back

I went to this spar today morning around 06:30 am requesting to for a cash back , first till point the lady told me that she does not do cash back she directed me to the next till where I had to follow the queue all over again . When I finally got to the cashier ( Ayanda) she told my that she does not have money yet she was counting it right in front of me, I opted to wait as I was scared to go to the ATMs at that time of the morning but she told me that I will wait till 09:00 wit a very big Attitude . This is not the first time I face this with this shop , if they do not do cash backs they must say so and stop with the attitude .
