car ****aged on property by workers

23/12/2015 my car were damaged by the people who cuts the grass at Spar <br> the lady /manager zakira promised to phone me back Never did phoned her on the 08/01/2016 and asked her about my damage to my car i told her the damage is R15 344.40 she said she will get back to me no reply. i phoned again on the 15/01/2016 spoke to a manager by the name of Ched his response were she resighned and is no longer working at spar i explained in full details what happend and he said that he will get back to me .i tried phoning him on the 25/01/2016 he was not available left message for him NEVER CALLED BACK they are ignoring me from day one the way that i was talked to by the worker it was like i am stopping him from doing his work there were no sighns of disclaimer on the parking even the car guards were useless in assisting me.i realy feel like the problem has been swept under the carpet and i am sitting with the damage lets hope there will be a sulution to my problem soon
