Can't redeem gift voucher purchased online

Such a big retailer but yet so pathetic. I bought a spar gift voucher online for someone. The option gave that you can take the receipt to your nearest spar and the will load it to a gift card. I stay in Rustenburg and non of the spar's here can do it, been struggling 2 dae's to get hold of customer care. So useless
