Cancellation without explanation

If I could give the store a -* -* alot of - stars I would. So here is my story. I downloaded the Spar2U app, browse around and come across a few "special". Saw 24x500ml Monster for R17.99 I order 5, and paid for the 5. (Only 2 24x500ml Monster was delivered. Spar 2lt strawberry ice cream for R6.99 I order 8 and all 8 was delivered. Order 6x 4 boxes of Tinkies only 3 was delivered. Hug in a mug R8.49 (24s) so I ordered 5 so I had to get 24x5=120, I only got 5 loose packets. I called the store after the delivery come at 10:03. After I checked and double check everything... The only thing on my order that was correct was the 8 2lt ice cream for R6.99 all the other items was wrong. The manager never called me back and the owner Mr. Keith Tam refuses to give me what I paid for and what I ordered. I'm so upset I feel violated. As a customer I was very badly treated. I would not even rate this app, the manager and the owner where the worst to deal with.

My order that I paid for and was suppose to have been delivered at 11 o'clock was never delivered and to my shock it was cancelled at 16h00 and the payment was reversed. Also very very bad service and customer service
