Cake Mess

Hello there,I have a problem with Spar Jubilee Mall.I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday which the collection we agreed upon was the 30th Sep '17.when we got at the storeto collect we were told that the person responsible for our cake is off and will only be back on Monday and they suggested we come back then.I told them I no longer want the cake because it's no use the celebration is on the 30th not end and asked for refund so I can make other means,then I was told that my money cannot be refunded it's their policy .I no longer want the cake,the way have passed.all I want is my money back
