Burnt offerings from Spar in Stilfontein

DISGUSTED by the utter disgracefull, sorry state of an excuse of a cake that I got today from Scott Cresent, My SPAR ,in Stilfontein! I ordered a large plain chocolate sponge cake for me this morning (26/11) as I had a very special birthday cake to make. Unfortunately I did not look inside the box until I took it out this evening so that I could crumb coat it before decorating. I was in utter disbelief when I took the cake out and saw the piece of burnt, dried out, tasteless piece of ******* that they gave me!! In sheer desperation I tried to look past the half of the cake that was so badly burnt and tried to carve the shape of the cake I'm making. Another shock! As I tried to cut the cake (and it is clearly visible in the pictures) it litterally turned into something resembling and feeling like sand! I tried to taste a small piece but had to spit it out in order not to choke on the dry piece of whatever it is that they call a cake!!!! As the cake was utterly useless, I had no choice but to bake some sponge cakes myself in or
