Burnt food

I sent my younger brother to spar at belairs shopping centre to get me some ready cooked butternut. We all know that a good butternut has a beautiful yellow/orange colour but this one was brown with bits and pieces of black all over, i asked why he brought burnt food back and he says he was not paying attention when the lady behind the counter was packing it, how can anyone at all sell such disgusting food to customers, it even tastes burnt but they tried to cover that with cinnammon. I am so dissapointed by Spar especially since i do all my shopping there. Please know i will be sharing this with anyone and everyone willing to listen. You do not deserve our business since you do not put your customers first.
