Burnt Box!

Today I bought hair dye from spar extension 2 not checking if everything was good with the product because I was in a hurry really who checks goods if you trust the supplier? When I got to the hairdresser I saw that the goods were damaged and the box was burned when I returned the goods the cashiers advised me that the manager Carol said that it will not be refunded! I spoke to the manager who accused me of using the product and had a attitude with me I can't believe this for such a big supplier they have no customer service whatsoever. A few weeks ago I had a incident from the same store where the supervisor refused to help me to get my money from a voucher I cashed I than asked him for his manager he than told me \call her yourself!
