Burnt Black Forest Cake

Today I bought a Black Forest cake from Spar @ Monument Park,Pretoria East and when I got home,I cut the cake and underneath it's charcoal black. Not only is the cake burnt but it's dry. It tastes horrible! I don't understand how they put cream on an obviously super burnt sponge cake. Now I have nothing to offer my visitors. It's a very embarrassing experience,all thanks to Spar @ Monument Park!
