Bromhof Spar

Hello my name is Reñe Du Toit and living around Bromhof and Spar Bromhof Village is where I do most of my shopping.. Now this is not about my shopping though but about a certain employee I'm concerned about... Spar is doing great and the delivery is 90% accurate 👌🏽 and I'm happy about, My concern is how you the management treats their colleague employees. How would you feel if your child works In the freezer with no proper cold equipment, and I've seen this kid not once or twice but several times in that cold freezer still with Freezer jacket on ,now my question is why do you treat your employees like polar bears? That's another person's child and a freezer is dangerous with no proper equipment and I was shocked 😳 to see this.... please do the right thing and attend this as people not the cooperate world mindset..
