Broadacres is something else…

Made an order on the App and then products that I ordered didn’t say out of stock until after I had paid… then when I call to ask about the guy says oh it because the product that we had on the shelf was expire so obviously they can’t sell it… makes sense… I then ask what they can do since they didn’t refund or credit the order, they guy says well once they get more stock they will deliver free of charge… I then call back to find out and now they saying I’m going to have to pay for new product… so basically I’m paying more for something I didn’t even get in the first place… the disorder and disfunction is insane….
