I just wanted to say how i was blown away by your Kokstad Superspar store on Hope Street. <br> <br> I arrived on Monday morning (9 November) about 10--15 minutes early whilst the bread truck was still delivering bread. I was standing at the entrance in the sun, waiting for your store to open. Several of your staff members walked past and every single one of them looked me in the eye and greeted with a very pleasant and very happy good morning. <br> <br> This store is one of the most exemplary in the EC that i have visited this far! I would even go as far as saying that I have not as yet (in South Africa) come across a 'department' store with this kind of friendliness and attention to shopper experience in respect of courtesy. <br> <br> Please keep it up and i hope that the staff get due recognition for such exemplary behavior! If i wasnt from this area, I would be shopping here all the time, just for the courtesy and friendliness of the staff!
