brackengate spar doesn't care!!

This morning my family and I popped down to our local spar , my wife asked one of the staff where she could find something and the staff member just turned around and walked away, then while shopping a casual staff member pushes my son out of the way because she wanted to get past!! So while at the check out we tell the cashier , the manger Anton ? Who is standing close comes to the cashier not us to ask what is wrong , the cashier explains what we said and he walks off, I turn to him and say . Don't you think you should address complaints with the customers , he says I don't want to cause a scene, and goes and hides by another cashier . Wow! Is this how spar operates ? This could of been easily sorted out then and there with an apology , but now I will press charges of assault and consult my media team to spread the bad service received by spar !!
