bongiwe with bad attitude

On the 12th of June we went to do e wallet to spar from kwamashu, the person who was assisting us she was not helpful and she gave us bad attitude, they called the manager still we were not happy with the service. Why our needs are not being taken serious? I would like to get a feedback ASAP
