Bitter Shopper

I am very annoyed to report that it's been easily 4 occasions, at the same branch in my area each time when a special is advertised in a brochure, I specifically go in for the special and I walk out disappointed, I get told the stock has not been delivered, not sold out, just no delivery. Not once did a manager in charge offer to take my details to contact me once stock has arrived or offer to have it delivered to me, nothing, no effort. And worst of all, it is their own house brand product. A customer does not want to hear about the problems, you want to hear the solution. I ask again, why advertise a product if you cannot supply customers. And it's been on a few occasions, why can't the problem be attend to ?
