Billed three times for the same transaction

<p>Stopped to purchase food after work only to realise when I get home that there are TWO confirmations for the same transaction from my bank.</p> <p>Called the bank to ensure that it is not a mistake only to be told the transaction was billed THREE times to my account.</p> <p>Called Richard with all the neccessary reference and contact numbers who promises to call me back as soon as he has called my bank to confirm which transaction of the three has been used to bank and which two remaining can be refunded. No call. Called again. Same promise. No call. Stopped there tonight after work to be told by Zach sorry man I will ask Richard to call you tomorrow... A transaction which should cost me R216.53 is costing me R649.59 and they want me to go to my bank and reverse the transaction and pay the fees instead of owning up to their faulty terminals and pay the reversal charges. Richard did say it NORMALLY only duplicates the transactions not triplicate them... So go check your normally duplicated transactions shoppers at Clubview SPAR.</p>
