BEYOND DISGUSTING WITH PERSONAL VENDETTAS

Good day I would like to share the disgusting customer service i received at this particular Spar, first incident the cashier sent me back and forth from till to till , had attitude with regards to a returnable coca cola bottle I quote her words " what do you expect me to do" , however i spoke to the manager Tasleem about this particular incident and he addressed it that very day which was a Friday afternoon when the store closed for Muslim Prayer time with his staff. incident number 2 , it was one evening i was in the store and it was packed the que was going down the aisle , however i suggested to my partner that we go to the que where they are also frying the doughnuts because before the security would walk down the long que and see who had less than 5 items and directed the customers to the doughnut cashier, we did this , the lady in front of me purchased electricity and a litre milk , the cashier saw me behind me i smiled and said i just have a bottle of coca cola , she said sorry i cannot help you she is only doing doughnut payments and directed me back to the long que , as i was moving along with the que i watched how the cashier at the doughnut counter help the lady that just had 1 item which was the litre milk , when i got to my cashier to pay for my coke , i asked her about that counter and if you can pay there if you have less than 5 items especially when the store is full , her response was very politely yes they usually do help customers with less than 5 items. NOW my question is , Is this a personal issue now because of the first incident that i am being victimized ?? Please explain SPAR KROMBOOM , with COMPENSATION for certain rude staff members or else this needs to escalated from this platform to the CONSUMER RELATIONS BOARD.
