Best service at Kokstad Rolyats bakery

I was on my way to a funeral in the Eastern Cape when I got a call to organize some scones. I quickly googled Kokstad Spar as I was coming Gauteng and was told that Kokstad was en-route to Flagstaff. I made on order telephonically and was told that the order would be ready in 4 hours, which was not a problem because i was still very far away. On arrival at Rolyats Spar I went to the bakery only to find out that the order request was delivered to the manager. <br> The manager was very accommodating because he explained to us that they did not take orders on the phone but because we had traveled so far he would bake a batch for us. He said we should come back in 2 hours to collect and the scones were ready within 2 hours. <br> I felt like those TV ads for Spar about personal service were on the mark because I felt that Rolyats Spar was \MY SPAR". <br> Give that Bakery Manager a Bells."""
