Best response to complain

I would like to appreciate the prompt response from spar kingfischer in fourways, tHE LAST TIME I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE PACKAGING AND THEY CONTACTED ME IMMIDITELY AFTER SEEING MY COMPLAIN AND FIXED IT asap.

i WOULD LIKE TO APPRECIATE THE STAFF MAKING THE CHIKKA BURGERS AS WELL.
