BERTRAMS SPAR MIS-UNDERSTANDING

Good day. I am posting this concerning my earlier complaint i made about bertrams super spar, concerning the complaint i had about my pies that i bought that were the incorrect ones and that werent exchanged, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding because i sent someone to exchange them for me and unfortunately that person did not go to the supervisors or managers as they told me they did and i was was under the influence that they were turned away by the supervisor Melanie.

I would like to humbly appologise for this mistake on my side, i would also like to apologize to the managers and supervisors and the management itself for this misunderstanding, and i would like to thank one of the managers whos name is Emmanuel for attending to this matter in such a professional manner. Once again i apologise.
