I walked into Ruimsig Spar this morning and see the 1kg Sunshine D 50% medium fat spread is on special for R21.99. So I see that there are 1kg plus 200g extra which is the same price for the 1kg. I get to the till and the teller rings up R30.90. So I tell her its on special and show her the special, she calls the manager who then goes to look at the special sign at the fridge, comes back to me and says that the special doesn't apply to the 1.2KG tub even though the extra 200g is for free and its the same price as the 1kg. How is it fair that I had to pay full price for this item when firstly this was the ONLY Sunshine D on the shelf and its normal price is the 1KG price.<br> I expect someone to get back to me as soon as possible. The manager was rude and unfriendly and I would like a explanation why I had to pay full price. I would not have bought this product if it was not on special. I am highly disgusted with Spar and their complete lack of friendliness. Some of us work on a very tight budget and I don't think its fair when you advertise specials and don't go through with them. <br> Cashier was Dolly. Till slip. 5021. Time 12:12
