Be aware - Rotten foods

I bought chicken stips from Chelsea Spar in New Germany today, only to find that the chicken is rotten and has white moulds on it... When I warmed it up it smelled terribly, the whole office was smell...

I purchased the food at 10:30... I wonder if I can get such old food at that time, how many other people got old food since the store opens at 6:30. And they can't say that it was a mistake since they were packed.
