Badly Managed

I have always trusted Spar but since I have moved to Rondebosch I am very disappointed. I g to Westerford Spar and I am a loyal customer but there are two areas that are a major problem. Having stock is an issue. I always have t go elsewhere to find what need as this Spar runs out of stock and then does nothing. It Takes ages for them to get the stock in and in some cases I've been told they ordered 2 items only. The other issue is Price and quality of fruit and vegetables. They are horrificaly costly and poor of quality. Please help this Spar get into shape. If they make a mistake, they blame us the consumer. So I dont talk t the rude owner's
