Bad treatment at Spar bela bela

I was badly treated by an employee of Spar in bela bela. There was more than one meter distance between me and the person in front of me. They told me that it's not except able. The young boy even tried to pull the trolley out of my hands, told to leave the shop. The called a security guard on me, the security even loughed and apologized that they employee is just being rude. I spoke to the manager he did not even call the boy to sort this issue, insisted that he will to the boy. There was no apology to me for the humiliation.
