Bad treatment

I want to share the rotten experience I received at Spar Bel Air shopping mall, I wanted to look at an item, unfortunately when I tried to put it back in the box, the box tore, i was told to pay for the item, in which I didn’t have the money for it, so I was told to return some of my stuff to cover the damaged item, after that incident I was told by the lady named Lizzy to search my bag since my bag is too big, she searched my bag and removed my personal things which was very humiliating done in front of other customers, I was treated like a *****, on top of that she refused to give me her name, I had to go around the store to get her name, I didn’t like the treatment I received from spar. Lizzy was extremely rude.
