Bad thread treatment

I have sent a complain about the bad treatment I received at Spar tops Flora Patk on their website and I still have not received any feedback regarding my query. It seems they don’t care about their customers. I am still visiting your store even today and still experiencing the bad attitude from your security guard by the name Makhado. I don’t see why he has to make funny remarks every time I enter or leave the store because of an incident I had which I never even raise my voice or talked about it, all I did I walked away and still behind my walking away I could hear him yelling and shouting as if I am some low life somebody. If we had to carry our professions or who we are written on our foreheads I am sure I was not gonna get that unprofessional treatment. This is unacceptable. Please do talk to your security he is very childish I think somehow he forgot the reasons why he is working, what really motivates him to wake up each morning and pitch for work, surely is not to mistreat people like me which yes he undermines. I need to feel free where ever I go and spend my money. I will not take any unprofessional mistreatment thread from anybody let alone from him.
