Bad staff with pathetic customer service

I have never seen such disgraceful customer service in my life,i work with customers on a daily basis and never have i seen people who are so rude to customers get away with it like how the people at Spar umlazi mega city did. and to top it all, there was no managers available in the front line to complain to. the guy i spoke to went in the office for like 30 minutes and came back to tell me that there is no manager available i should just go home,

I then tried to speak to speak to another lady who work there to ask for the manager, but the same guy who went in the office and said there is no managers called this lady to him and told her not to help me.

I could just tell by the way they were doing that it is something they do on a daily basis.

worst shopping experience ever.
