Bad Shopping experience

I made a purchase at Tops Wellington Spar in George on the 23 August 2019 and the amount went of twice from my bank account... Since then I've been struggling to get my money out of them...it wasn't a big amount but to me it's about the principal... I had to give all my details and they assured me that it will be rectified the next week. They keep on having the same flippen excuses when I phone and then they (Jacques) have the nerve to tell me that I should phone the bank and ask what the hold up is that my funds have not yet been credited in my account...everybody else that had the same experience as me, their money was refunded in less than a week...this is absolutely pathetic for such a well known supermarket...I will never ever shop there again...
