Bad services with attitude

Bad service in Spar Menlyn Maine by a lady called Florence, today morning I went to spar to get few stuffs and at the till I inform the cashier that I have a bag she shouldn't give me plastic, and she add the plastic when I asked her. why did you add the plastic bag, her answer was " I thought you said I should add the plastic bag, and I answer her saying no I don't need please take it out and she told me that it not possible to take it out." Then I told her that you can't do as you please you have to asked and then start shouting. And this is not the first time.
