Bad - Service,food quality,prices,managers,staff need i say more

How do i start this ? Firstly i am i the industry of hospitality and restaurants also in retail. being treated like we don't know anything is quiet disturbing to me. 1) Moldy bread , cheese, on the shelves when you ask what is going on everybody just acts like its normal. 2)Meat prices- beef mince 99.99p/kg Pork Rashers 99.99p/kg *** 3)Rama special - Rama normal price 25 on special 30 save 5= 25 really we idiots 4) staff cleaning shop when asked to be excused so we can get in the fridge we get given attitude by then telling her she is rude her answer " thats how it is" i am tired of dealing with this place please can someone do something about this store. if this is how spar is now conducting business because they have the monopoly on that side of the dam we need to speak to some of the other store chains to come to the party and give some competition. This store is a irritant and if need be i will start a campaign to boycott this store
